The Q Automotive Group is a family-owned automotive group with more than 30 years of experience, representing a range of leading vehicle brands across multiple locations.

We currently have an opportunity for a Qualified Automotive Technician to join our team at Nova Automotive in Caboolture.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working as part of a professional team, and is looking for a stable role with an established automotive group.

About the Role

Working within our busy service department, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance, diagnostic and repair work while ensuring a consistently high standard of workmanship.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying additional work required
- Accurately completing job cards and service documentation




- Working closely with the Service Advisor and wider workshop team
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

To be successful, you'll need:

- A recognised Automotive Technician / Light Vehicle Mechanic qualification
- Previous experience working in a busy automotive workshop
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A current driver's licence
- A reliable and professional approach to your work

Previous dealership experience would be highly regarded, however technicians from other automotive workshop environments are also encouraged to apply.
