About the role

Easymigrate is looking for an Education Consultant to join our team.

This is a senior, client facing role where you'll guide students and clients through their education pathways and visa applications, working closely with our Senior Migration Agents and Migration Lawyers to support client consultations.

Duties will include:

- Responding to education and visa enquiries and advising clients on suitable courses and institutions.

- Managing student portfolios and supporting clients through the full application process.

- Preparing application documents, including transcripts, references and personal statements.

- Liaising with schools, colleges and institutional partners.

- Supporting client consultations alongside our Senior Migration Agents and Migration Lawyers.

- Convert and convert warm leads.

- Briefing consultants ahead of appointments and following up on actions afterwards.

- Acting as a key point of contact between clients and our legal/migration team.

- Supporting clients on visa requirements, documentation and deadlines under the supervision of RMAs and Lawyers.

- Monitoring progress and keeping clients informed and files up to date.

About you




If you're a confident communicator with a genuine interest in education and migration, and you take pride in getting the details right – you'll be a outstanding addition to the team!

You'll bring:

- 2+ years’ Experience in a Visa Coordinator/ Education Consultant.

- Qualified Education Counsellor (QUAEC) qualification.

- Strong, current knowledge of courses, institutions and education pathways.

- Working knowledge of Australian visa and/or international student visa processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.

Desirable

- Registered Migration Agent (RMA) registration, or working towards it.

- Previous experience in a migration or education agency.

- Experience with CRM or student/client management systems.
