ZOOM Removals are currently seeking an experienced & highly organised Inbound and Outbound Sales & Administration agent to join our team on a full time basis in our modern and spacious Smeaton Grange facility.

Bring your passion for exceptional service to help ensure we maintain the high levels of service we have become known for!

Responsibilities

- Inbound sales via email and phone

- Process inquiries and prepare written and phone sales quotes

- Arrange bookings for removals and ancillary services

- Accurate data entry and other related administration tasks

- Liaise with drivers

- Manage billing and payments

Requirements

- Outstanding sales abilities with a focus on providing a great customer experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- High attention to detail

- Strong time management skills

- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a small team

- Previous experience in removals is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided

- A passion for sales, customer management and a commitment to delivering results





- You are a highly motivated, energetic and driven individual who is passionate about achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer support
