What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ hospitality experience
- Confident using POS systems and processing orders/payments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fast, efficient and able to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Café or restaurant experience highly regarded
What you’ll be doing
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
- Serving food and beverages
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Working closely with the kitchen and café team
- Ensuring customers have an excellent experience
