What we’re really looking for

For this role, we’re looking for confident and experienced Support Workers who can work safely and consistently in a high-support workplace.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have experience supporting people with complex behaviours
- Are confident with manual handling and working within SIL environments




- Stay calm and use good judgement when situations become challenging
- Can confidently follow established support and manual handling plans
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Are reliable and comfortable working across a 24/7 support program

What you’ll need

- Current P2 or open's driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
- The right to work in Australia
