About the Role

Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Retail Customer Service Representative to join their team in Queenstown . You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience both in-store and potentially through remote channels like phone or email. This role is essential for building customer loyalty and maintaining the store's reputation for excellent service within the Eastern Cape community.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product information, store navigation, and purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and manage customer payment methods.
