Bundaberg Plaza Discount Drug Store is seeking a Pharmacy Store Standards and Merchandiser to lead day-to-day retail operations and support a major store transformation. This part time role runs Monday to Friday during school hours and focuses on implementing DDS merchandising standards and improving store presentation and performance.

You will work with pharmacists, owners and suppliers to enhance systems and workflows while maintaining high customer service standards and optimizing staffing
