We are building a talent pool for current and future Personal Care Worker opportunities within the aged care sector across the Northern Territory and South Australia. These rewarding roles support older people with their daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. Working as part of a dedicated care team, Personal Care Workers play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Care, or a related qualification.
- Nursing students who have completed at least one year of study are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support,



community care, or completion of a 120-hour placement is highly regarded.
- First Aid, CPR, Medication Competency, and Food Handling certificates are advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Current Influenza Vaccination.
