We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join the team at Ezi Office National Tweed, Tweed Heads. This is a casual position based in Tweed Heads NSW 2485. As a Sales Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail environment. You will be the face of our brand helping customers find what they need while creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience that keeps them coming back.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale systems
- Maintaining product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and answer customer enquiries
- Stocking shelves and displays ensuring merchandise is organised well presented and clearly priced
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keeping the sales floor clean tidy and compliant with health and safety standards
- Supporting promotional activities and participating in visual merchandising initiatives
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Following company policies and procedures including cash handling protocols and loss prevention measures
