HART Services in Lismore is seeking an entry‑level Work Health and Safety coordinator to join the Culture & Wellbeing team. Based in our Lismore office, reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role offers real hands-on experience in hazard management, incident investigation and WHS training within a community services organisation.

You will identify hazards, maintain WHS registers, coordinate the WHS Committee and ensure compliance across sites.
