Your Current Role:

This role plays an important part of our sales process. We receive a high volume of calls and enquiries about our products and you will become an integral part of the team taking sales orders.

Working in a challenging and busy environment this role requires a motivated and positive individual who can liaise effectively with our Customers and internal stakeholders. The Customer Service department is fundamental to the operations of the Company.

Responsibilities include:





- Answering inbound calls promptly from our customers and sales staff
- Daily order entry including providing solutions and answering product questions
- Responding to online / email orders and enquiries
- high volume
- Filing of orders/picking slips and con notes on a daily basis
- Photocopying of documents upon request
- Marking off, of daily packing slip sheets for invoicing
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaintsMaintain good relationships with customers
- Plan work allocation and identify priorities
- Update and maintain information on computer systems
