Eastern Health in Melbourne is seeking a passionate and experienced Grade 1 or 2 Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. The role is based at Angliss Hospital with rotations to Wantirna Health and Peter James Centre, supporting weekend and public holiday shifts on rotation once trained.
You will contribute to a multidisciplinary team, maintain high-quality patient care, and participate in education and development opportunities across five hospital sites.
