Western Health's Melton Community Mental Health Team invites an experienced mental health clinician to a senior clinical role. You will lead recovery-oriented assessment, treatment and care coordination for consumers with complex needs while supervising a caseload and guiding junior staff.

The role emphasises mentorship within a multidisciplinary team and contributes to service improvement, governance and planning.
