About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and insightful Remote Senior UX Researcher to join their user-centered product development team. This role is instrumental in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through rigorous research methodologies. You will design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable insights that guide product strategy and design decisions, all within a fully work from home setting. This is a critical role for an individual passionate about advocacy for the user, shaping intuitive and effective digital products from anywhere in the world, and contributing to a culture that prioritizes deep user understanding.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute a variety of user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and field studies.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify key user insights, pain points, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the product development lifecycle.




- Present research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of best practices in UX research within the organization.

Requirements

- Master's or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing research methodologies and impact.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis.
- Proficiency with research tools and platforms for remote research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence product decisions.
