About the role:

Anglicare NT is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead – Early Psychosis to join the headspace Darwin team.

You’ll provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions to young people at risk of or experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Alongside leadership and line management, you’ll maintain a small clinical caseload, providing assessment, case management and therapeutic interventions to young people and their families.

You’ll also contribute to clinical reviews, quality improvement, team development and community engagement, helping ensure services are culturally secure, youth-friendly and family-inclusive.

About you

You’ll bring:

- An approved tertiary qualification,



5 years’ experience in a mental health-related discipline and relevant professional registration/membership.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, supervision and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience providing early intervention services to young people in a mental health setting.
- A passion for youth mental health and working with young Aboriginal people and their families.
- Experience in clinical supervision; Board Approved Supervisor status is desirable for psychologists.

- Current NT Driver’s Licence
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of COVID vaccination

Ability to meet 100-point ID and relevant visa/overseas work requirements.
