Viva Energy Retail is seeking a Workforce Optimisation Manager to lead planning, rostering and productivity across a national retail network including OTR, Reddy Express, Smokemart & GiftBox and QSR brands. You will develop standards, dashboards and analytics to improve labour utilisation, scheduling and productivity while aligning workforce strategies with business goals across a national retail network.
