Qantas Group is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planner to lead the workforce planning function for airports and freight from our Mascot Corporate Campus. You will develop and monitor long-term resource plans and drive transformation initiatives through robust stakeholder engagement.
You will lead a team of planners to deliver cost-effective, compliant rosters and schedules up to 28 days ahead, balancing operational needs with efficiency. This is a 12-month fixed-term full time role in Sydney.
