Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney seeks a Video Team Lead to steer a five-person video team through a 9-month maternity leave cover. You will manage workload, scheduling, quality control and stakeholder liaison to ensure on-brand social and campaign video delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Creative & Brand, you’ll be the first escalation point for the team and ensure brand guideline adherence across all outputs. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused workplace.
