This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing payroll processes while providing comprehensive support to ensure all tasks are carried out with accuracy, timeliness, and integrity. Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Payroll Management: Ensure payroll processing meets all legal and contractual obligations, providing accurate and timely payroll services.

- Data Management and Reporting:



Develop HRIS statistical data and meaningful reports to support the business, including designing custom reports for ad hoc requests.

- Compliance and Legislation: Stay ahead of payroll legislation and awards, ensuring all payroll activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

- System Enhancements and Support: Assist in system upgrades, conduct system audits, and identify opportunities for HRIS improvements.

- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work closely with the National Payroll Manager to streamline payroll processes, resolve employee queries, and maintain the accuracy of payroll data.

What You’ll Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in finance, actuarial studies, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of full-function payroll experience, ideally with CHRIS system knowledge.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate users on systems and processes.

- Experience in interpreting enterprise agreements (EA) and awards.
