Boral is looking for a Trainer Assessor to support our Quarries Team, delivering training and assessment across multiple sites in Recent South Wales. The role involves coordinating site-based trainers and assessors to ensure safety standards and competency across about 300 employees at 20 sites.
You will conduct gap analyses, prioritise training needs, deliver and assess across various subjects, and report compliance against criteria. This is a permanent role with mentoring from industry leaders.
