About The Role

While the preferred location for this role is nipaluna (Hobart), we welcome applications from across Tasmania., You'll provide specialist remuneration advice, analysis and administration across Hydro Tasmania. Working closely with leaders and senior leaders, you'll lead annual remuneration review processes, oversee job evaluation activities, manage external remuneration partnerships and deliver data-driven insights that support fair, competitive and compliant remuneration outcomes.

Salary range $122,116 – $141,565 plus super

Key Responsibilities

- Lead annual remuneration review and salary increase processes.
- Provide remuneration advice to leaders and senior leaders.
- Manage job evaluation, benchmarking and job architecture activities.
- Analyse remuneration data and deliver actionable insights.
- Coordinate remuneration reporting and external submissions.
- Act as key contact for external remuneration consultants and providers.
- Maintain remuneration frameworks, compliance and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve remuneration processes and outcomes.

Skills & Experience

- Qualifications in Human Resources, Finance,



Business or Commerce, coupled with experience in remuneration or workforce analytics.
- Experience leading annual remuneration review processes, salary uplifts and benchmarking activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with leaders and senior leaders.
- Experience managing relationships with external remuneration consultants and market providers.
- Mercer CED/CEDPro certification (Preferred) or experience with a recognised job evaluation methodology is highly regarded.
- Experience with job architecture, job evaluation frameworks and HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
