About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand development and marketing initiatives in Queenstown . This role is critical in shaping and strengthening the company's brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy to enhance brand awareness, perception, and market positioning.
- Oversee the creation of compelling brand messaging and creative assets across all marketing channels.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all internal and external communications.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with product development, sales,



and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment in all initiatives.
- Measure and report on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market share.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or in a similar brand management role.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy development, market positioning, and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with market research tools and brand analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
