About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in social work, case management, or community support.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and manage caseloads independently.
- Exceptional virtual communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in using work from home technologies, including video conferencing and case management software.
