The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is seeking a Community Wellbeing & Transport Officer to support residents aged 65+ under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. You will coordinate the Community Bus Service and a range of social programs, including Lunch at the Pub, excursions, and Strength and Balance activities.
As a key team member, you will coordinate volunteers and ensure effective service delivery, reporting to the Manager, Community Services.
