What you'll do* Translate member needs and business objectives into simple, intuitive digital experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Collaborate with product, technology, content, brand and business teams to bring ideas to life.




Conduct and facilitate user research and usability testing, using insights to iterate your designs.
Contribute to and work within our evolving design system.
Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet WCAG standards.
Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and measure impact.
Advocate for human-centred design across your squad and wider teams.
What you'll bring* Experience designing digital products across web and mobile.
Strong Figma and prototyping skills.
Experience conducting user research and testing.
Robust collaboration and communication skills, particularly within cross-functional delivery teams.
An action-oriented mindset — you like testing ideas, making progress and getting things done.
An understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards.
Experience with AEM, design systems, Agile delivery, or healthcare/insurance is desirable but not essential.
This is initially a 12-month contract, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent opportunity.
