Trainer and Assessor – UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

Location: Sydney, NSW

A Sydney-based Registered Training Organisation is seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician .

Key responsibilities

- Deliver training and assessment in line with the training package and RTO requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans and learning resources, and contribute to assessment materials.
- Support students and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.

Essential criteria

- Hold UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,



TAE40116, or another credential that meets current trainer and assessor requirements.
- Have at least three years of relevant electrical industry experience and current industry skills.
- Hold a current NSW electrical licence appropriate to the work undertaken.
- Communicate well and work effectively with students and colleagues.

Desirable

- Experience delivering and assessing in an RTO.
- Experience supporting international students.
- Familiarity with Moodle or a similar learning platform.
