About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is searching for a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their distributed team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location in South Africa. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for a variety of clients, sourcing exceptional candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position is ideal for a motivated recruiter who thrives in an independent environment and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across various industries for multiple clients.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a broad range of candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment data in the ATS.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy workplace.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills using various platforms and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
