Job Description

Briben Group Pty Ltd We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu standards. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that meet our standards for taste and visual appeal.

You will work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to execute menu items efficiently while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Perks Competitive salary plus Superannuation. Supportive and professional work environment.

Growth opportunities within the hospitality industry. Task & responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to the recipes, and presentation standards. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Adhere to food safety and handling standards. Participate in menu updates and seasonal offerings. Work under the guidance of the Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Help manage inventory and stock control. Coordinate with other kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. Dividing food into portions, plating dishes,



and adding sauces, gravies, and garnishes.

Qualification & experience Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). Minimum 1 years of work experience as a cook. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

The Rocks in Sydney on 17th August, 1975. The idea behind Pancakes On

The Rocks goes back to the late 1950’s when some intrepid Australians went on a road trip across America. They noticed the popularity of pancakes on the menus in American restaurants and wanted to bring that love of pancakes to Australia. They opened their first restaurant in Adelaide in 1965 and then opened around Victoria.

The original founders separated with one moving to Sydney and opening Pancakes On The Rocks.
