Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate emotional and spiritual support across multiple locations on the NSW Central Coast. The role offers flexibility from part-time to full time hours, contributing to holistic care and meaningful resident experiences.

You will engage in memorial planning, community group visits, and care planning documentation, while mentoring volunteers who contribute to resident wellbeing.
