We’re currently recruiting for a number of Senior Administration and Payroll opportunities across Toowoomba, Oakey, Charlton and surrounding areas.

These are full time, office-based positions, with locations across Toowoomba and surrounds. Some roles are located on the outskirts of Toowoomba, including Oakey and Charlton, so reliable transport is essential.

Salary on offer is $75-85k.

About You

- Previous payroll experience
- Exposure to accounting systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong general administration experience

We’re looking for experienced administrators and payroll professionals who are confident working independently and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
