What you'll be doing

- Proactively source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct in-depth interviews to fully understand candidates' skills, experience and career goals
- Match qualified candidates to open positions and facilitate the entire recruitment process
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
- Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the healthcare sector




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates using various methods
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top talent
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
