genU seeks a Workforce Team Leader to guide Workforce Coordinators and manage recruitment, training, and employment pathways for supported employees in WA. You will ensure best-practice processes align with NDIS standards, while fostering an inclusive workplace and solid collaboration with schools and community groups.

Occasional travel to Ashby and Regional Bunbury & Busselton is required to strengthen partnerships and service delivery in the Social Enterprise in WA.
