South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS) in Bunbury, WA seeks a Care Navigator to support Aboriginal people through cancer screening to diagnosis. You will walk with communities, helping navigate appointments, barriers, and care pathways in a culturally safe way.

Collaborate with Elders, health services and partners to improve access to cancer care. The role is full time and based in Bunbury, with flexible hours discussed.
