JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our aged care team. In this rewarding role, you will support residents to maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life through tailored therapy programs and person-centred care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with older people and making a meaningful impact every day.

The salary range for this role is $80K to $90K per annum + Superannuation.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assess residents' physical function, mobility, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy and exercise programs
- Support pain management, mobility improvement, and falls prevention strategies
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to optimise resident outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as required
- Educate residents, families, and staff on secure mobility and exercise techniques




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
- Promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing

About the Candidate

- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
- Qualification in Physiotherapy
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
