BYD Australia is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist to turn raw dealer service data into explicit insights that drive performance improvements. This role is based in our Mulgrave office within the Quality Assurance Division, reporting to a regional leader based in China.

You will collaborate with local sales teams and regional stakeholders to build and maintain a scalable data analytics framework that supports business decisions, and you will develop dashboards using BI tools to track KPIs
