Regathered builds AI workforces for Australian service businesses. We focus only on leads and revenue: AI-backed SMS and email campaigns that generate current leads and reactivate existing databases. We're growing fast, the whole team is onshore, and clients deal with us directly.

We're now launching Regathered VIP, an invite-only tier for clients who've had strong results in their first 10 weeks. For these clients we run the whole growth engine: the ads, the leads, and the AI conversion. Most agencies hand over leads and walk away. We stay and close them. That's where you come in.

The role
You'll own paid acquisition for VIP clients end to end. That means planning, building, launching, optimising and reporting on Meta and Google campaigns for service businesses in health, real estate, finance, education, care, trades and more. Every lead flows into our AI engine, so you'll see exactly what converts, and we expect you to use that data.

What you'll do

Run Meta and Google Ads for up to 10+ client accounts at once

Build high-converting landing pages and funnels quickly (GHL is fine)

Write and test ad creative and copy, using AI tools to move faster

Own tracking and attribution: pixels, CAPI, GA4, offline CRM conversions

Work directly with business owners on onboarding, strategy, updates,



and implementation

Report in commercial terms: CPL, cost per booking, ROAS, payback

Help shape the VIP offer with playbooks, templates and industry benchmarks

What you'll bring

2+ years hands-on with Meta and Google Ads, including agency experience

Proven ability to manage 10+ accounts without letting any slip

Lead-gen results for service businesses that you can show us

Ability to build landing pages yourself (GHL, Lovable, etc.)

Real fluency with AI tools for creative, copy, analysis and reporting

A commercial brain: you understand margins, lead value and what owners care about

Confidence with business owners, including pushing back when needed

Strong tracking skills (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI)

GoHighLevel experience

Video ad creative or editing skills, or experience working with video agencies

Experience in trades, health, care, real estate or finance

A background in performance-based agencies
