About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Property Lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years’ post-admission experience to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated lawyer looking to further develop their career across a diverse range of residential, commercial and development matters.

You will have responsibility for your own files and work closely with clients throughout the transaction, from initial instructions through to completion.

Your matters will include:

- Residential and commercial sales and purchases
- Off-the-plan transactions
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Property development and due diligence
- Subdivisions, easements, and positive covenants
- Options agreements
- Joint venture and development agreements
- Caveats and PPSR matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers





You may also have the opportunity to assist with related property/transactional matters, including business sales and purchases, leases, wills and probate.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and keen to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally have:

- At least 2 years’ post-admission experience, preferably in property law
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A practical and client-focused approach
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders
- Experience with PEXA and LEAP will be highly regarded
