Operations Supervisor (Imports) - Freight Forwarding

In this role, you will

Lead and support a team of 5+ import operators day to day

Do P&L; reporting and ensure job profitability





Train the local & overseas back‑office team

Manage end-to-end import shipments across air and sea freight

Own a dedicated portfolio of clients as their key operational contact

Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and service providers

Prepare documentation for customs clearance and biosecurity requirements

To be successful, you have

3+ years of import operations (sea & air) experience in freight forwarding

Prior team lead/supervisory experience is an advantage, but not a dealbreaker

Mandarin skills to liaise with overseas agents & clients

You’ll be joining a global logistics provider with a strong presence across all major ports in AU and few decades since establishment. Despite their established scale, this business still very much revolves around family-oriented values and close-knit culture.
