About the Role

Our client is seeking a curious and insightful UX Researcher to join their product development team, working entirely remotely. This role is vital for understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methodologies. You will provide actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions, ensuring our digital products are user-centered and intuitive. The ideal candidate is adept at planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research, and communicating findings effectively to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Analyze research data to identify user pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to product, design, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define research objectives and scope.




- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
- Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar user research role.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency with user research tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
