About The Role
The Customer Relations reports to the Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) Customer Relations Team Leader and is responsible for the handling of sophisticated customer complaints within TLS ANZ, including those received from other business units (BU) and external sources. The role requires mandatory alignment with, and reinforcement of, all internal compliance and external regulator policies, to accurately identify, collect, investigate and resolve complaints per required service level agreements (SLA's).
The goal is to rebuild trust, confidence and brand loyalty with our customers, ensuring repeat engagement with TLS and American Express
Duties

the customer relations role ensures a comprehensive engagement with card members and various products, providing you with a complete understanding of the business. Skills & Experience
You will be an experienced Travel Consultant with knowledge of external regulators and basic consumer law. The role demands a high degree of empathy, attention to detail, including.

As the Web Content and CRM Specialist reporting to the Web and CRM Manager ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in executing Hill's AU and NZ CRM strategy, driving 1st party customer acquisition,
and shaping the digital landscape for a globally recognised brand.

Responsibilities:

- Drive innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through CRM initiatives.
- Website Updates and Personalisation:
- Support website updates, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Contribute to onsite personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) efforts to maximise user interactions and conversions.
- Content Syndication and Digital Shelf Metrics:
- Collaborate on content syndication across our partners, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Report on digital shelf metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Required Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM strategy execution and digital engagement.
- Background in website updates, personalisation, and CRO.
- Familiarity with content syndication and digital shelf metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Preferred Requirements:
- CRM experience, build, deployment and reporting
- Working knowledge of Adobe Target and SFMC
- Web content, syndication and personalisation knowledge
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
