Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join a purpose-driven People & Culture team in Melbourne, VIC. This role focuses on providing expert ER/IR guidance, managing end-to-end casework, and partnering with leaders across multiple sites to support quality care outcomes in a not-for-profit aged care setting.
You will work with in-house specialists and legal counsel, handling misconduct, performance, grievances and investigations while ensuring compliance
