- We are seeking an experiencedRetail Facilities Manager to support a portfolio of shopping centre clientsacross Perth.
- Manage a portfolio of retailassets located in Joondalup, Butler and Ellenbrook.
- Oversee hard services, contractorperformance and planned preventative maintenance programs to ensure assetsoperate efficiently and compliantly.

Who are we looking for

- Experience working as aFacilitiesManager in retail, commercial ormixed useproperties, or experience as an AssistantFacilities Manager ready to take on a larger role
- Ideally, experience in retailproperty environments, with an understanding of fast paced centres, tenantrelationshipsand day to day operationaldemands
- Experience working in structuredenvironments where approvals, budgets and decisions need careful handling andprofessionalism
- Relevant qualifications inFacilities Management, Property, Building Services, Trades or a related field,or equivalent practical experience

The role

Manage facilities across3shopping centresacross Perth and the opportunityto support other assets across the Country. Oversee contractors, budgets, andprojects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee facilities operationsacross multiple shopping centres, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, andrunning efficiently
- Manage contractors and serviceproviders, ensuring work is delivered on time and to standard




- Monitor budgets and delivercapital works projects from planning through to completion
- Maintain and troubleshoot buildingsystems (HVAC, electrical, fire, lifts) to minimise disruption
- Work with retailers andstakeholders to resolve issues quickly, balancing priorities in a quick-pacedenvironment
- Champion workplace safety byensuring compliance with WHS regulations, conducting risk assessments, andpromoting a strong safety culture across sites
