Sydney Maxlife Care in Seven Hills, Sydney, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of Disability Support Workers in a SIL house. You will ensure high standards of care and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.

The role requires at least three years of supervision, relevant certifications, excellent communication, and the ability to manage rosters and complex client needs. A driver’s licence is desirable; company supports career development.
