Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate installation teams across commercial, architectural and high-end window furnishing projects throughout Sydney.

- Attend sites to oversee installations, monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met and address any issues as they arise.

- Coordinate daily site activities, installer schedules, deliveries,



access requirements and materials to keep projects progressing to programme.

- Liaise with Project Managers, builders, clients and installers to resolve onsite issues and ensure clear communication throughout the installation process.

- Review plans, specifications and measure sheets, ensuring installers have the correct information, materials and site access required to complete works efficiently.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience within the curtains and blinds/window furnishings industry is essential.

- Previous experience supervising installers, coordinating installation teams or managing commercial window furnishing projects.

- Strong understanding of curtains, blinds, tracks, motorisation and associated installation processes.

- Confident reading plans, specifications and measure sheets, with strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve onsite issues.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a practical, hands-on approach and the confidence to liaise with builders, clients, installers and internal teams.

- Current Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential, with the ability to travel across Sydney project sites.
