Bluefin Resources is seeking a Production Support Engineer (Desktop Support) for a permanent role in Sydney CBD. You will be the first line of support for our SaaS lending platform, handling incidents, triage, and incident communications with stakeholders.
You will perform Windows and device troubleshooting, assist with onboarding new starters, imaging laptops, and work with internal teams to improve the end-user experience as the platform evolves with recent infrastructure.
