Service Advisor — Wayne Park Auto | Milton, Brisbane
$65K–$75K base + uncapped monthly commission | Average earnings $110K+ | Full-time, Mon–Fri

We're an independent European specialist workshop (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, VW, Land Rover) with a loyal customer base and a growing business. We need an experienced Service Advisor who can keep their head when three things are happening at once.

This isn't an entry-level customer service role. On a busy day you'll be juggling live quotes, workshop updates, phone calls and walk-ins simultaneously — and our customers expect calm, clear answers even when you're under the pump. If you get flustered or short with people when it's busy, this isn't the role for you. If you thrive on it, you'll do very well here — our top earners are on $110K+.

What you'll do

Run the front-of-house for a busy service department: bookings, quotes, approvals, updates, handovers.

Juggle multiple open jobs at once without letting any of them slip.

Turn technician recommendations into explicit,



honest advice customers trust.

Stay composed and professional with customers even when the day is chaotic.

What we need from you

Proven experience as a Service Advisor (dealership or independent) — this role isn't a training ground.

A track record of staying organised under real pressure, not just in theory.

Confidence discussing pricing and upselling recommended work professionally.

Thick skin and a level head — you won't get rattled by a frustrated customer or a full board.
