Salary range: $76,907 to $79,000 per annum + 13.5% superannuation.

About The Role

This role contributes to the success of the City by supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of the City of Hobart’s grants program through coordinating grant processes, assisting applicants, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, and contributing to strategic funding outcomes.

Role Accountabilities Include

- Supporting the administration, delivery and continuous improvement of the City’s funding and grants programs, including program evaluation and reporting.
- Preparing and maintaining grant documentation, application processes and assessment materials through platforms such as SmartyGrants.
- Providing high-quality support and advice to applicants and stakeholders, while monitoring compliance, acquittals and funding outcomes.

About You

You are an organised and customer focused professional with experience coordinating grants, funding, community, cultural, business or similar programs. You enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders and can manage competing priorities while maintaining robust attention to detail.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are confident preparing reports and program documentation, and take a proactive,



solutions focused approach to your work. Experience using online grants management systems, such as SmartyGrants, will be highly regarded. A current Driver Licence is required, and relevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourably.
