The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 properties across the Northern Districts
- Be the key point of contact for landlords, building strong and lasting relationships
- Oversee arrears, maintenance, renewals, inspections and tribunal matters where required
- Lead and work closely with your Assistant PM to keep the portfolio running smoothly
- Drive portfolio growth and retention alongside the business

What You Bring

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence
- Proven experience running your own portfolio
- Knowledge of the Northern Districts preferred
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
- The ability to work collaboratively with and guide an assistant
- A client first mindset and pride in high service standards
