The Trustee for TISCA ENTERPRISES FAMILY TRUST in Hope Island, QLD, is seeking a full time chef to lead daily kitchen operations, plan and prepare authentic Italian dishes, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and quality.

You will train staff and volunteers, manage inventory, assist with menu development and catering, supervise cooks, and ensure smooth service for lunch and dinner while working under pressure and on weekends.
