About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Remote Early Years Educational Consultant to advise on curriculum development and pedagogical best practices. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing expertise to early learning programs. You will work with educators and management teams to enhance educational offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and child development principles. Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert consultation on curriculum design and implementation for early years programs.
- Advise on best practices in pedagogy, child development, and classroom management.
- Develop training materials and conduct virtual workshops for educators and staff.
- Conduct remote assessments of educational programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.




- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in early childhood education and integrate them into guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals and objectives are met effectively.

Requirements

- Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in early childhood education leadership, curriculum development, or consulting.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training and consultation sessions.
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of diverse educational contexts and approaches.
